It is normal for us to storage the foods in freezer. So most of us pay more attention to how to keep foods fresh. 

Food container help us slove this problem. It could be used in freezer to keep foods.Also in oven, microwave to warm goods. But many results shows that there is risks of cracking. Here want share some knowledge of food containers.

There are three different type glass food containers: common glass,stalinite, heat-persistent glass. Common glass is widely used one but it is easy to have rift or crack when heat. Stalinite is not easy to broken but the heat-persistent is not as good as borosilicate one.

 

Above glass type, refer you heat-persistent one. The temperature could bearing -20 to 40 degree. And it could be used in oven, freezer and microwave ect.

Tips on use of food container.

1. Take out the crisper from the freezer. Don't open it immediately. Leave it at room temperature for 1 to 2 minutes before opening it.

2. When used in a microwave oven, if there is a large amount of oil and sugar in the food, the plastic crisper will be deformed when the temperature rises rapidly. Therefore, in order to heat the above food, it is preferable to use a glass crisper.

3. Bubbles of carbonated drinks (soda, cola, etc.) will cause the sealing ability of the crisper to be lost. Foaming food or fermented food, hot food, etc. will reduce the sealing performance of the crisper. Please try to avoid storing in the crisper. Such food.

4. The time of food preservation is different. Do not rely solely on the sealing ability of the crisper to eat as soon as possible.
